The Ledco Digital Series Laminators

These 42 and 60-inch wide machines were the first designed exclusively for the owners of 36 and 50 inch inkjet printers. They do all the finishing tasks required of a large format imaging shop - laminating one side or two, encapsulating, mounting with heat activated (dry mount) or cold pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA), simultaneous mounting and laminating, and application of cold adhesives.

The Ledco Dual Hot roll Digital 44 Laminator

This newest addition to Ledco's Digital line is a 44" wide Hot Roll laminator. In addition to providing the same capabilities as the Heat Shoe Digital 42" and 60", the Dual Hot Roll Digital 44" offers the freedom to mount in one pass and to simultaneously mount and laminate. With a top speed of 30 FPM and a sustainable laminating speed of 8-10 FPM the Dual hot roll Digital 44 performs faster than most competitive units.

The Ledco Econocraft 25"/60"

Econocraft laminators automate the application of transfer tape, and other pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes or films. They will apply background vinyl or PSA films to sign blanks. They will apply transfer vinyl to any flat sign material, and will apply clear PSA overlaminates to finished signs or promotional materials.

The Ledco Signmaster 44

LEDCO combined the features and benefits of the well-known Econocraft pressure-sensitive roll-applicator with the XL44 pouch mounter/laminator. The resulting hot roll SIGNMASTER conveniently and easily automates the use of transfer tape, pressure-sensitive laminates, thermal and pressure sensitive mounting boards, mounting boards with overlaminates, and thermal pouches. If you are serious about the sign business, this tool is a must for your shop.

The Ledco XL-44 Pouch

XL44, a large-format pouch laminator is designed for mounting, simultaneous mounting and laminating, or laminating only, of materials up to 1 1/2" thick and up to 44" wide. The unit has preset pressure and speed controls. The adjustable heat controller has a temperature range from 200 °F to 400 °F to allow mounting and laminating for a variety of substrates, laminates, and applications.

The Ledco Educator - 25" School Laminator

Simplified controls and the ease of use of this machine are designed to eliminate many of the operator errors common to thermal laminators.
